F & B Cost Controller

We are currently recruiting a passionate and positive Food & Beverage Cost Controller to join our Culinary Department!  This role requires someone who is hard working and dedicated.

As a Food & Beverage Cost Controller you will have the following skills:

• Attention to detail
• Experience in, and a basic level of understanding of, a multi-unit high profile catering environment
• An understanding of Margin Cost & % Management & Menu Engineering
• An ability to implement Inventory Control reports and procedures to drive down stock holding to a pre-determined level.
• A basic understanding of the Profit & Loss statement and how the product cost and control affect it.
• Basic SAP experience preferable
• Communicate effectively with all colleagues from various departments, demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach
• Demonstrate effective management by flexing own style between coaching and directing as appropriate.
• Assists Line Manager in the preparation of materials for the following meetings as required
• Adhere to all Food and Safety Procedures
