The heart of the role.

As a Harrods’ Head of HR Operations, you will shape both HR strategic direction and day-to-day operational execution. Not only will you help us grow by mapping our HR operations to our business needs, but you will also take the lead on many HR projects, delivering them with your unique ability to build effective relationships.

We are driving forward high-profile, strategic HR initiatives and ensuring our people-related operation is executed exceptionally. As the Head of HR Operations, you will lead on all of our HR Operations and support our growth by shaping and delivering the HR strategy in your division.

About you.

As a senior HR professional, you will combine strategic focus with the ability to get things done. You will lead our HR shared services, HR systems, Data Analytics, Reward and Corporate Health teams, so being able to lead, learn and adapt is key to success. At the same time, your ability to connect with colleagues at every level means you will be able to forge relationships with HR centres of excellence and the wider business to drive change.  More specifically, we are looking for:

  • Expertise in HR Operations, HR systems is a must, knowledge in HR data analytics, Reward and Corporate Health would be beneficial.

  • The ability to lead a team to drive change is essential

  • An understanding of a fast-paced, diverse and values-led environment

  • Ideally, the ability to interpret and apply data effectively
