You’re a confident communicator who works well in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.  Someone who can easily multi-task and manage several customers and multiple on-boarding projects.  You are the kind of person who has a focus on results and meeting targets.

What to expect

Reporting to the Merchandising Development Manager you will have ownership of on-boarding internationally located vendors as well as maintaining business-as-usual management of EDI with our established trading partners.  Whilst managing a team you will be identifying and delivering continuous improvement that will provide a faster/more efficient on-boarding experience for vendors and internal stakeholders, as well as improving in house processes, reporting and timelines. You will be supporting with the training of in-house personnel, and providing/maintaining documentation of the training.

Working closely with our vendors, our third party and multiple departments across the business you will be working to tight deadlines.

What is important?

  • Previous experience of B2B initiatives desirable
  • Experience in managing relationships with third party services
  • Strong operational background with demonstrable experience working with Electronic data interchange (EDI)
  • Good Knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain processes and flows
  • Understanding of wider systems and connectivity to integration platforms
  • Good knowledge of EDIFACT standards is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills to ensure that communication is confident and effective at all levels of the business and to various stakeholder groups, both written and verbal
