Learning Co-ordinator

As a Learning Co-ordinator you will provide administrative support to our Learning & Development team: supporting the set up and success of learning events, monitoring of the “Learn your Way” email inbox and ensuring the contents library is kept up to date.

You will also:

• Be responsible for the facility management (with support from on-site Facilities team).
• Be responsible for refreshments and stationary supplies.
• Welcome and check-in new starters and learners.
• Create weekly schedules for new starters attending The Harrods Welcome.
• Send communications or calendar invitations to new starters.
• Collate and analyse learning evaluation, including inputting data and creating reports.

About You

You will have experience with an administrative role, used to coordinating multiple tasks and projects. You will be a real people person and enjoy being on-site and connecting with colleagues daily.

Your colleagues will describe you as a reliable pair of hands, able to work well as part of a team as well as independently. You will be a self-starter with a proactive, can do attitude. Experience in Learning & Development isn’t essential, but a keen interest in people development and training would be preferred.

You will also be:

• Detail-orientated and enjoy creating processes. 

• Good at prioritisation, and able to detangle what’s urgent and what’s important. 
• Not afraid to get to grips with data. 
• Adaptable and flexible, working outside your ‘swim lane’ when required. 
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and give anything a go.
