About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has excellent organisational skills to add value to the Learning and Development team.

Experience in administration/reception or event planning would be beneficial for this role. As a learning co-ordinator, you will take charge of multiple room bookings for learning events, diary management, document preparation, as well as inputting data and creating reports. The successful candidate will have some experience with organising events or diaries, and will have a pro-active and positive ‘can do’ attitude to process driven tasks.

We are looking for a people person who will get involved in our weekly ‘Welcome’ experience for our new starters , so you will need to be a confident communicator, helping to create the Harrods magic!
