We are seeking an Internal Communications Lead to shape our company’s voice and engage our colleagues. In this role, you’ll craft impactful messaging that connects, informs, and brings our story to life across a range of channels.
About the Role
As the Internal Communication Lead, you’ll play a central role in creating an informed and motivated workforce that’s aligned with our business goals. Your expertise will also be instrumental in adapting our communications for different audiences, delivering meaningful, consistent updates that keep colleagues across all levels engaged and connected. You will be working collaboratively with HR and other key stakeholders, you’ll design and implement communication strategies that reflect our mission, vision, and values, ensuring all messaging enhances the employee experience and builds a strong sense of community. From developing strategic campaigns and crafting engaging content to managing diverse communication channels.
Responsibilities also include:
• Developing and executing communication strategies that drive colleague engagement and align with company values.
• Writing, editing, and curating content across multiple channels, including newsletters, intranet updates, and digital screens, ensuring a cohesive brand voice.
• Collaborating with HR to deliver timely communications on key topics like talent development, wellbeing, DE&I, and employee engagement initiatives.
About You
You will be an experienced communicator with a talent for creating meaningful, tailored messages that resonate across diverse audiences. With a proactive approach, you thrive in collaborative environments and have the skills to positively influence senior stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging throughout the organisation. In this role, your adaptability and strategic mindset will be key to elevating our internal communications.
You will also have:
• Extensive experience in internal communications, ideally from within a large scale organisation.
• Skills and experience in using Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, Viva Engage, and Yammer.
• A strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
